Panama City Beach, One bedroom, one bath ground floor unit (Sleeps 4 with the pull out couch). Photos and video are provided under the "Photo" tab to the left. The unit is 626 square feet. No elevators or large crowds to share the beach with! A short stroll through the pool area and across a parking area (approx 30 yds) to the beautiful white sand and clear emerald water. Great location on the "beach side" of Thomas Dr, away from the hustle and bustle. Easy access to St. Andrews Park, Back Beach Rd., Wal-Mart (lol) and most importantly Captain Jack's! Rates vary by season (Family should call for discounted rate), cleaning fee is $70. FB or call to book!
Rentals will be from Saturday to Saturday during peak season. A deposit will be required to book. A signed contract and full payment is due 3 weeks before arrival. If full payment has not been received 3 weeks before scheduled arrival, Kendrix Properties reserves the right to re-advertise availability of the time you requested to all customers.
Cancellation Policy: No refund for cancellations less than 3 weeks before arrival unless the owner is able to reserve another guest in the unit for the time of your cancellation. No refund of rent for early checkouts. Early checkouts due to inclement weather do not warrant any rental refund. Refund will be provided for lost rental days due to a mandatory evacuation. We only rent Saturday to Saturday Memorial Day Week-Labor Day Week, and Spring Break.
Nightly rates are offered after Labor Day week until Memorial Day week for $75.00/nt (besides Spring Break weeks). There is also a cleaning fee for all stays which is $75.
We request a non-refundable deposit of $175.00 to reserve the unit for your stay.
